  • Inventory

    Manage stocks: check product availability and order products from the warehouse or make purchases directly to the establishment, perform write-offs.

  • Preparation batches

    Select the “Preparation batch” category to create finished products directly in the establishment.

  • Finance

    Record cash collection and manual cash-in. Receive general information about completed financial operations.

  • Card registration

    Register customer discount cards and apply them during checkout.

Work shift

After the employee opens a work shift, they can conveniently manage it:

  • Break

    Record your break time. With certain settings in Kavapp Admin, these figures can be taken into account when calculating salaries.

  • Closing the shift

    Re-inventory mandatory products listed in the Admin panel. Specify the exact amount of cash remaining in the register for the next shift. View the number of hours worked and salary.

  • Other employees

    Function under development.

The built-in messenger allows employees to conveniently communicate with each other.

  • Send personal messages to individual employees.

  • Communicate with other departments.

  • Receive mass messages for the entire network.

  • Configure notifications for your own convenience.

Receipts

  • Choose which receipt the customer will receive: electronic (if the receipt is fiscal) or physical.

  • Create deferred receipts to charge customers after the order is issued.

  • Edit the receipt before confirmation, cancel the last receipt, or process a return for previous ones.

Settings

    Select the language, font size, application theme, configure security, or synchronize all basic settings with the Admin panel.

  • Receipt printer settings

    Configure the receipt printer. Select paper width, connection type, and encoding supported by your printer.

  • Payment terminal settings

    Connect the terminal to your bank’s network in JSON format and configure the connection with payment systems. The application contains detailed instructions.

  • Data synchronization

    Synchronize data so it is always up to date on all devices.
