Account Profile and Access to the Personal Account

• How to grant personal account access to multiple administrators?

  If your business has multiple administrators, you can grant each of them access to the Kavapp Admin personal account and manage their access levels.
  
  To create subusers — individual users with access to the account — go to the “Settings → Access” tab in your personal account.
  
  For each subuser, you can assign a personal login and password.

• How to change account information (email, name, city, phone number, etc.)?

  To update account details, go to the “Settings → Profile” tab in your personal account.
  
  Here, you can update the account owner’s full name or other information, except for the email and phone number. 
  
  To change the email and/or phone number, please contact our support team. After verifying your identity, we will be able to update the data in the system
