How to disable the “Sell” button freeze in Kavapp Seller?
- Go to “Settings → General” in the Kavapp Admin personal account.
- Disable the option “Accidental sales protection → Apply”.
- Synchronize the data in the Kavapp Seller app for the changes to take effect.
After selecting an item in Kavapp Seller, the app returns to the home screen. How to keep the selected group open?
This setting can be changed in the general settings of the Kavapp Admin personal account.
- Go to “Settings → General”.
- Disable the option “After selecting an item in Seller, return to the home screen” and click “Apply”.
- Synchronize the data in Kavapp Seller for the changes to take effect.
Where to view sold receipts for a specific period?
Go to “Reports → Sales reports → Receipt report” in the Kavapp Admin personal account. There you can view all sold receipts for the selected period.
Where to find information about completed shifts?
Go to “Reports → Shift report” in the Kavapp Admin personal account.
In this section you will find:- the opening and closing times of the shift;
- cash register balances at the beginning and end of the shift;
- data on item availability recorded by the Seller at the start and end of the shift.
How to find a specific sold item in the system?
Go to Kavapp Admin → “Reports → Sales report → Sales report / Summary sales report”. There you can view all sales made in the system, with detailed information for each item.
Use filters by date, object type, or point of sale for convenience.How to check whether an employee missed or made extra sales?
You can only verify this if you are recording the availability of cups and other items at the beginning and end of each shift.
To check, use the reports in Kavapp Admin: Work shift report, Sales report, and Receipt report.- If the actual number of cups is lower than the system’s calculation — some sales were likely missed.
- If more remain than the system calculated — extra (possibly incorrect) sales may have been made.
